二、培养目标

本专业旨在培养具有高度的社会责任心,过硬的专业竞争力,基础知识扎实,服务领域宽广,综合素质高,动手能力强,具有超前意识和后续发展潜力,具有国际化视野,个性与人格得到健全发展,毕业后能够从事中学语文教学与研究,汉语言文学的相关研究,在机关,事业,企业等单位从事文秘,宣传,文案策划等工作,在新闻媒体等单位从事记者,编辑等工作的高级复合型应用人才.

三、培养规格及基本要求

1.知识结构要求

工具性知识:本专业要求学生具有大学英语四级以上外语水平,具有利用图书馆,网络等资源进行文献检索和信息检索的能力,熟悉计算机及信息技术应用,具有计算机二级以上操作水平,熟悉公文写作,基础写作等方面的知识.

学科专业知识:本专业要求学生掌握中国语言文学专业的相关知识,包括中国古代文学,中国近代文学,中国现代文学,外国文学,比较文学,美学,古代汉语,现代汉语,语言学,文学理论等方面的知识.

跨学科,国际化知识:本专业要求培养具有国际化视野的复合型应用人才,鼓励学生跨学科选课,要求学生具有传媒,管理,经济,自然科学,工程科学等多方面知识.

2.能力结构要求

获取知识的能力:本专业要求学生具有一定的自学能力,计算机及信息技术应用能力,表达能力,社交能力等.

应用知识能力:本专业要求学生具有一定的综合应用知识解决问题能力,团队协作能力等实践方面的能力.

创新能力:本专业特培养学生的创造性思维能力,,科技研究能力.

3.素质结构要求

思想道德素质:本专业要求学生具有良好的政治素质,思想素质,道德品质,法制意识,社会责任意识等.

文化素质:本专业要求学生具有良好的文学艺术修养,历史哲学素养,现代意识,人际交往意识,人文关怀精神,当代社会文化意识等.

专业素质:本专业要求学生具有一定的专业素质,包括文学审美素质,文学写作素质,语言交际审美素质,文化审美素质,新闻传播素质等.

身心素质:本专业还要求学生具有良好的身体素质,心理素质.

汉语言文学专业经过近10年的专业建设,拥有一支高学历,高职称的教师队伍,所有专业教师均具有博士学历或高级职称,教授为本科生授课率达到100%.近年来毕业生就业率在全校均名列前茅.具体来说,本专业特色表现在以下几个方面:

1,注重人文情怀的培养,注重培养学生的自我展示能力和人际交往能力,尤其是注重对语言表达能力和文字表达能力的培养.大学生的知识能力不仅表现在心里,还要表现在口头和笔头上.无论是语言类课程还是写作创新班课程,无论是文学类课程还是文化类课程,都非常注重对学生思维能力和独立分析能力以及语言表达能力的培养.

2,注重文化创意能力的培养.和其他同类型专业相比,我系开设了较多的文化类课程,旨在培养学生的文化创意精神.文化产业是一个较新,较热的概念,汉语言文学专业希望能够紧跟时代的脚步,通过相关的课程,让学生在文化产业,文化创意能方面有所作为.

3,重视实践能力的培养.与其他汉语言文学专业相比,本专业在强调基础理论的同时,也强调实践能力的培养.要求学生既具有文献检索和信息检索的能力,又具有一定的计算机操作能力,既具有写作创新能力和文案策划能力,又具有团队协作能力和科技研究能力,既具有媒体实践能力,和文秘实务能力,又具有社会调查能力和文化创意能力等多方面的实践能力.

注1:通识教育(计算机信息类)课程实行分级教学,具体安排如下:

注4:"职业发展与就业指导"分散在第1,4,5(6),7学期,分别为12,4,16和6学时.

注5:"军事理论"课除21学时外还有15学时安排在军训期间进行.
