4.Paymentofrents,realestatemanagementexpensesandelectricityandwaterbill
Rentingofhousesshallbeapprovedbythegeneralmanager,andthefinancialdepartmentshallpaytherentandrelatedchargeorrealestatemanagementandelectricityandwateraccordingtotheeffectiveleasecontract.
5.Paymentoftrelexpensesandtrainingcosts
Loaningandreimbursingrelatedchargesaccordingto"MeasuretoManageTrelExpenses".
6.Paymentoftaxes,interestsandhandlingcharges.
Thetaxesshallbecalculatedandpaidaccordingtorules,lawsandregulationsofthetaxationmanagementdepartment.Theinterestsandhandlingchargesshallbereimbursedaccordingtotheactualcosts.
7.Purchaseofofficesuppliesandpaymentofofficeexpensesandchargeormagazinesandmaterials
Thebudgecontrolisappliedtoofficesuppliesandofficeexpenses,andthefinancialdepartmentshallpaythechargeswithinthelimitsetaccordingtotheapprovedbudget.
8.Chargeorpostandtelemunication,trafficexpenses,vehiclechargesandtransportexpenses
Aortheoperationsthatthegeneralmanageragreestotransact,thefinancialdepartmentmaypayfortheexpensesofpostandtelemunication,traffic,vehicleandtransportdirectlyarisingfromit.Suchexpensesarisingduetootherreasonsshallonlybereimbursedwiththeapprovalofthegeneralmanagerortheauthorizedpersonnel.
9.Communicationexpenses
Thetelemunicationexpensestakingplaceintheproductionandoperationsitesshallbereimbursedbasedontheactualcostbythefinancialdepartment.Aorpersonalmunicationexpenses,thefinancialdepartmentmayreimbursethemwithinthelimit.
10.Entertainmentexpenses
Theentertainmentexpenseshallonlybepaidwiththeagreementofthegeneralmanager.
11.Otherexpenditures
Otherexpendituresshallonlybepaidwiththeagreementofthegeneralmanager.
